Power of creative workspace

Most of the times discussion over challenges in product, problem solving happen in closed meeting rooms with bunch of team members, though all the members in the room may involve or not.

But, in our day today work life, it’s observed that most of problems are discussed or solved near coffee vending machines or library space or stair cases or foosball tables or any inner play area or during snacks time in office.

And mostly such interactive sessions will be having 2 or maximum of 3–4 members in this office space, which is neither workstation nor meeting rooms.

If such places are placed with white boards, markers or charts, these interactions will be boosted to be captured on whiteboard and in turn used to effective problem solving or to logical conclusion of ideation.

To make it more effective, listing out informal places within office and making them more comfortable by placing chairs, bean bags for discussions will significantly boost innovative way problem solving, product discussions.

One more step going further , such informal places can be having some motivational thoughts on the walls to create workspace more influential for such interactions.

Creating such powerful workspace are much suitable for technological, innovative organizations.
